Yvonne Hsu is the Marketing Director for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, US a division of the Colgate-Palmolive Company and is responsible for the Hill’s US Marketing strategy and team focused on driving growth in the pet specialty category.
Yvonne has been instrumental in accelerating growth for Hill’s US executing the Hill’s Science Diet growth plan with excellence, delivering unprecedented sales and share growth on an important business. She has also championed the transition to a digital and eCom first mentality across our organization. Yvonne is currently sponsoring Hills’ “Amazon table,” an agile team supporting the company’s Amazon business relationship with the leading experts from the Hill’s and WPP world within analytics, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Customer Service & Logistics.
Prior to her current role, Yvonne was the Marketing Director for C-P Australia and New Zealand, where she led the team through the divestment of the detergent business, elevated analytic and commercial capabilities, and championed the Brand Purpose Model with the development of the first television ad for Bright Smiles, Bright Futures.
Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management in New York.
