Shay Fu has over 20 years’ experience as a creative services executive. She is currently responsible for leading McCann Worldgroup’s production operations as Managing Director, North America at CRAFT, working closely with clients to develop onshore, nearshore and offshore workflow models to help achieve production savings while ensuring high-quality delivery on all accounts. Her client portfolio includes Microsoft, Staples, MasterCard, L’Oreal, SSgA, Chick-fil-A, MGM Resorts International, NY Lottery, U.S. Army, Lockheed Martin and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Previously, Ms. Fu worked at Saatchi & Saatchi New York on marketing launches for Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Delta, the International Olympics Committee and Air Tahiti Nui Airlines. She started her career at Grey Entertainment in 1996 launching Lion King on Broadway, Dawson’s Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Bill Maher’s Politically Incorrect with The Walt Disney Company, ABC Television Group and WB Television Network. Ms. Fu also ran her own firm called Fume Relations and provided creative services to Lehman Brothers, Neuberger Berman, JWT and other local New York City digital/content production agencies. During this time, she also co-founded CreativeInterns.com with her husband, Marc Scoleri. Today, CreativeInterns.com has over 500 companies in their network and several thousand recent graduates and interns.
Ms. Fu was born on Hainan Island, China, raised in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Computer Art.
