Senior Managing Director, US – Midwest,
Pallavi Verma is the Senior Managing Director overseeing Accenture’s business in the Midwest. In this role, she leads more than 10,000 people across 13 states. Ms. Verma has been with Accenture for 31 years, and her goals are driving innovation to employees and clients, attracting top talent to Accenture and improving the communities where employees live and work. She is also responsible for driving Accenture’s national apprenticeship program, which by the end of this year will have trained 450 apprentices.
Her global view has been shaped by having lived in a dozen cities, thanks to her dad’s job. As a member of Accenture’s North America Leadership Team, she also serves as Vice President of the board of directors for the Accenture Foundation, is on the boards for the Illinois Institute of Technology and Chicago Shakespeare Theater. She is the Executive Sponsor for Accenture’s Asian American ERG in Chicago. In recent years, she has also been the Keynote Speaker for the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month event, served on a Women Leaders Panel for the NAAAP and on a Women Leaders Panel for the Asian American Business Roundtable Summit. Ms. Verma was recently named to Crain’s Chicago 25 Most Powerful Women in Business and the Tech 50. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and resides in Chicago.
