A seasoned expert, Anne has been in the New York City real estate industry since 2002.
Profiled as “a broker bridging the cultural divide” by The Mann Report, Anne possesses an intuitive understanding of both Chinese and American cultures. Jade Stone was officially introduced to the industry and community in 2016. Already, with its bilingual and experienced team, it is recognized as a quality brand, having served both local and international clients. Specifically, it is a name Chinese clienteles trust.
Besides serving her clients, Anne firmly believes in the importance of educating the
community on current market trends, events, and updates. Real estate is an important aspect in everyone’s lives; Anne aims to share her knowledge with the public to help make well-informed and educated decisions. Therefore, she actively participates in community events and TV programs, including various events hosted by New Tang Dynasty and Sinovision. She has also created several educational seminar series, including her JadeStone Friday Facebook Live Broadcasts, daily NYC Real Estate Trends on WeChat, and other live seminars. Anne is also a frequent expert speaker on real estate television programs and news channels. Honors to Anne have included top industry awards for Sales Performance and Outstanding Customer Service. Prior to real estate, Anne was an award-winning Business Consultant in a NYC consulting firm and a leading Marketing Strategist in Taiwan’s motor industry.
Besides real estate, Anne serves as the Public Relations board member for Fu Generation Foundation, Inc, a foundation that provides valuable help to Asian American families in needs. She holds a BA in Statistics as well as an MBA in Finance & Investments. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
