As Co-Head of Global Capital Markets, Mr. Dhanda has introduced many notable new programs to the division. He was responsible for devising Global Capital Market’s Emerging Leaders Program, which he launched in the New York office in 2010 and has since introduced in London. Mr. Dhanda has worked on a number of critical transactions while at Morgan Stanley. He served a crucial role on Chrysler’s refinancing in May 2011. He served important roles in the General Motors IPO, Facebook IPO and Abbott Separation Financing.
In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors, Mrs. Nooyi serves as a member of the boards of U.S.-China Business Council, U.S.-India Business Council, The Consumer Goods Forum, Catalyst, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Tsinghua University. She is also a member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum, the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, Successor Fellow of Yale Corporation and was appointed to the U.S.-India CEO Forum by the Obama Administration.
She holds a B.S. from Madras Christian College, an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University. Mrs. Nooyi is married and has two daughters.
