Sabina is a Vice President in the Industrials Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities. She joined Wells Fargo in 2011 and currently works with corporate clients in the chemical industry to advise them on mergers & acquisition strategies, and to help optimize their capital structure by opportunistically accessing the equity and debt capital markets.



Previously, Ms. Chatterjee spent 11 years in Equity Research, including 7 years covering the chemicals sector at Wells Fargo Securities (2011-2015) and BB&T Capital Markets (2008-2011), and 4 years covering the Machinery & Diversified Industrials sector at J.P. Morgan. During that time, she advised institutional clients on recommended stocks in her respective sectors. 




Prior to the career in finance, Ms. Chatterjee was a chemical engineer at Colgate-Palmolive. She started in Process Technology, and later moved to the Supply Chain & Logistics group. She earned her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and a BS/BE in Biology and Chemical Engineering from New York University and Stevens Institute of Technology. She is a trustee of The Chemists’ Club and was awarded the Golden Spoke at Wells Fargo for outstanding service by the Equity Research team in 2015. Ms. Chatterjee lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two girls. She is a two-time marathoner of her favorite U.S. cities, New York and Chicago.
