JuE Wong was President of the Elizabeth Arden brand, one of the most recognized names in the beauty industry. Inthis role, Ms. Wong was responsible for the global strategy, brand equity, innovation pipeline and entire spectrum of go-to-market brand activities. Ms. Wong is a seasoned global beauty industry executive with expertise in developing and growingprestige skincare brands. Previously, she was the CEO of StriVectin and Astral Brands. Ms. Wong began her career as a commodities trader atCargill Inc., and also worked for PepsiCo and Dial Corp.

Originally from Singapore, she is an Honors graduate of The Australian National University (ANU) and was anexchange scholar at UCLA. In 2004, she was a nominee for the Wall Street Journal’s “Top 50 Women to Watch”and in 2011 was honored at the Who’s Who in Asian American Communities. In 2013, she was recognized as one ofthe Top 50 Asian Americans in Business. In 2014, she was awarded International Alumnus of the Year by heralma mater, ANU.Ms. Wong is on the boards of Cosmetic Executive Women, Personal Care Products Council, theAmerican Heart Association, WWAAC and the YMCA of NY, for which she also serves as Chair of the Y’sMarketing Committee.

In addition, Ms. Wong has been a keynote speaker for an event hosted by the The Economist in Singapore, and has been featured in cover stories by the New York Times and the Straits Times of Singapore.

Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Target

Don Liu is executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Target and a member of its executive leadership team. He oversees all legal, risk and compliance, corporate governance and governmental affairs matters for the company.

Prior to joining Target in 2016, Mr. Liu was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for Xerox Corporation. He also held in-house legal leadership roles at Toll Brothers, IKON Office Solutions, and Aetna U.S. Healthcare. He began his career in private practice, specializing in securities and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Liu is currently a member of the American Law Institute and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. He formerly sat on the Comcast Asian American Diversity Advisory Council and the boards of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, where he served as chairman for two years, and MoreBank, an ethnic community bank he helped found.

Mr. Liu graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion, and received his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.
